1. Eligibility

This competition is open to any person of legal age who are trade customer and resident in the Republic of Ireland. Employees of BIC Ireland (a company registered in Ireland with company number 37033 and whose registered office is at Regus House, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2) (“BIC”) and of Zip, Standard Brands (Trading) Ireland Ltd, Main Street, Castlebellingham, Co.Louth (“ZIP”) or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to partake in the competition, nor are members of these employees’ families. BIC and ZIP also reserve the right to exclude or disqualify any other persons from the competition.

2. To Enter

An entrant's entry will consist in a form to be posted in the game entry box for this purpose in the nine Musgraves participating depots.  To enter the competition and to be eligible to win any prize, an entrant must comply with the following requirements (an "Eligible Entry"):

  1. entrants must answer correctly each question;
  2. entrants may not participate more than once;
  3. the name, address and account number of each entrant must be included;
  4. each entry form must be delivered by hand into the appropriate game entry box in the nine Musgraves participating depots;
  5. only entry forms received between 1 January 2012:00:00 a.m. GMT and 28 January 2012:00:00 p.m. GMT will be accepted;
  6. entry to the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions; and
  7. no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

3. Use of Data

By entering into this competition, each entrant agrees to allow BIC and ZIP to process and deal with the personal information supplied to BIC and Zip on the entry form for the following purposes:

  1. to administer the competition; and
  2. to contact the winning entrants.

The entrant’s personal information will not be retained by BIC or ZIP after the delivery of prizes to the winners unless an entrant has consented to such information being used for future promotions or mailings.

4. Selection of Winners

BIC and ZIP will view all Eligible Entries by 5 February 2012. A winner, in respect of each participating Musgraves depot, will be announced on 10 February 2012.

5. Prize

Each winner will receive a Samsung LE 32" television.

6. Liability

  1. BIC and ZIP do not accept any responsibility or liability to any entrant arising out of or in connection with this competition or in respect of any prize.
  2. The entrant agrees that BIC and ZIP will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the prize.
  3. Nothing in this clause shall limit BIC and ZIP liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.

7. Winners

BIC and ZIP reserve the right to pick another winner, should the first choice winner be unreachable via the contact details that he/she used to submit his/her Eligible Entry.

8. Other

  1. Events may occur which render the promotion itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of BIC and ZIP. BIC and ZIP may, in their absolute discretion, amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to BIC and ZIP as a result thereof.
  2. In the event of the prizes above being unavailable, BIC and ZIP reserve the right to substitute without prior notice the prize stated with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  3. The prizes are not transferable and cash alternatives will not be offered.
