We are committed to providing a working environment that promotes safety and health, complying with all relevant occupational regulations and standards and reflecting the very best practice.

We regularly conduct risk assessments to anticipate, minimise and control occupational hazards and encourage individual initiatives to enhance health and safety throughout the organisation. Annual independent inspections are also carried out by safety representatives. We also monitor employees' exposure to the products to keep them well below legislative requirements.

Employees are encouraged to anticipate any potential risks or dangers and report them. These are immediately responded to and actions are reported back. We believe we have gone a long way to eradicating unsafe conditions at work - an impressive feat within our industry. We visibly display our record of Shift Days Working Since Lost Time Accident at the gates of our factory for all employees and passers by to see.

In July 2009, we achieved the Internationally recognised accreditation, OHSAS 18001 for Occupational Health & Safety.
